The Foundation for Continuing Justice offers several projects dedicated to helping those who have had their criminal record sealed, expunged, set aside or otherwise cleared by the courts to reintegrate into society. All of the projects are provided free of cost to those who utilize them.
We also provide research and policy analysis for state lawmakers. 2013 has seen us play an active role in the passage of two important state laws, including having Foundation staff testifying before legislative committees.
We have an amazing staff that handles all of our day-to-day operations and provides free information and tools to people who are seeking to minimize the negative consequences of a criminal record.
